Title IX Mandated Reporting Statement

At Regis University, our faculty are committed to creating a safe and respectful learning environment for all students. In adherence to Regis University’s policies, all faculty and staff are required to promptly report incidents of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other forms of misconduct to the Equal Opportunity and Title IX Coordinator.

Examples of harassment include sexual misconduct, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation. Incidents of discrimination are based on any protected class status, including but not limited to race, gender, disability, and sexuality. (See section C11 of our policy for definitions).

Comprehensive details regarding Regis University’s polices and procedural frameworks for addressing reports of sexual or protected class-based harassment or misconduct can be found on our Equal Opportunity and Title IX webpage here. For individuals seeking confidential resources and support in matters pertaining to victimization or other trauma, students are encouraged to contact the Victim Advocacy and Violence Prevention Office or the Health and Counseling Center.
